[Addon] Auto-Alert Sender for PHX [3.11.0]

Hello I'm sharing now my Auto-Alert Sender for the phx emulator 3.11.0, which sends automatically alerts.

How does the programm run ?

You write the message ( the alert ) and put the time in seconds in the settings.conf
Example you give the time 10 sec and the message "Habbo is cool !":
Now the programm send an alert automatically every 10 sec with the message "Habbo is cool !"

Also you have to fill in the mus.ip and the mus.port which your phoenix emulator uses.
For noobs who don't now where the mus settings are:

open the config.conf where the phoenix emulator is and select the ip and port which you can find her in the settings
example:

## MUS TCP/IP Configuration
mus.tcp.bindip=127.0.0.1
mus.tcp.port=30001
mus.tcp.allowedaddr=127.0.0.1

Feature:
( When the programm runs you can automatically change the message in the settings.conf ( Remember to save it xD ) )

Great release, can come in helpful for most users, however some may find it annoying seeing the same alert pop up every x amount of minutes/seconds etc, Overall great release

It would take 5 minutes to write.... you don't even need to use C# or VB or whatever is used. You can setup a cron job and use PHP.
