Those look good, but why don't you try to make it a CCT on your own? Never give up. The buy_furni files are quite easy to make, though.

The First One Is Good But Like I Said The Second Image Out Of Line And
Wouldn't Work As A Custom Furni As It Wouldn't Touch The Floor
The Front Half Would Float And The Back Be On The Floor
So Edit It First Then I May Make Them For You But
Until Then Nope Sorry...........
