That's not unique at all, it's just nobody uses such a simple index for their site. 4/10

With your quote with the meaning of unique, you just backed my statement man. A simple login like this has been seen before, which makes it not unique, and nobody's decided to use it for their login which gave the OP the illusion that it is unique.

Its all you fags that bring this section down. Back in the day, usually some constructive feedback is most welcomed by the orginal poster.
The design is very basic and simple. Probably not so appealing but by adding simple edits such as border-radius;, it can step up a tad.
4/5 for now, but well done for a first attempt.
