Suggestion for the ball, if possible, make two interaction types for football, the first is like the one on Habbo and another is like how it is working on Phoenix [some footballers prefer the ball like on Phoenix] .
Use x64 = (64 bit) and use the latest build (Currently 0184.) also I would like to mention that the new db that comes with 0184 it uses InnoDB (Make sure your database is also changed to it.) We also know of these bugs, you listed and the football ball will be improved. Also the errors will be corrected at a later date in time.

I want to give you guys a big thanks for doing this for the community. You guys are the reason why I moved to r63b. I have with with r63 for about 3-4 years now, and always wanted to create a r63b but evrything was so buggy. (I'm not a coder btw) When I saw this, I was like oh, another emulator that is going to go down hill with only one update. I have to say, you guys did impress me and I bet MANY others. Thank you for taking the time to create things like this for the habbo community. I now run my hotel with only minor bugs. You guys are awesome, we need more people like you.

i dont know if you noticed this bug but look the chatlogs and Azure insert more than 5 times the same sentence... example:
I say in my retro: "Hi" so azure insert in users_chatlogs more than 5 times:
Insert into users_chatlogs "hi"
Insert into users_chatlogs "hi"
Insert into users_chatlogs "hi"
Insert into users_chatlogs "hi"
Insert into users_chatlogs "hi" so make a lot of flood -.-
It should be fixed just add Ignore ->>> INSERT IGNORE INTO
Also the Furni has furni on wired condition is bug -.- would be great it you fixed...

- Walk over Furniture (Not supposed to walk over or through tables and etc.)
- Annoying Club Builders' Messages Expire Popup Randomly
- :commands, not working.
- Camera not working.
- Room Layout Editor, Save button doesn't work very often
- Group badges do not show on users' in game profile.
- Group badges editor doesn't make the badges stick to design, it changes randomly.
- Group Gate glitches when you walk through them every time. (Non group can randomly walk in once it is glitched)

No you certainly shouldn't put an SQL constraint on the table. Fix the inserting issue instead. Putting an constraint on it will only increase your CPU consumption.
When will people quit doing these "hacky" solutions?

- Achievement Scores (Everyone has 0 achievement scores.) Never seen this bug

a few more;
- Room rights aint working right, you need to take permission and then give again to successfully elevate someone.
- Banzai gates also bugs sometimes, where you cant enter them, and sometimes you wont get the effect.
- Friends in the friendbar sometimes appear two times, instead of one.

Build 0184 Bug
-Pickall Command
When a regular user has rights in someone room if they type :pickall it will pick all the other users furni up and give to the person who picked all.

Bug list:
Sometimes when a user places furni in a room then comes back later, the furni is gone (almost like a room rollback/the room doesn't actually save).
Pickall, not sure if it's the pickall command but something is definately messing with the floors.
To give a user rights in a room, you must first deselect the room rights then give them the rights.
You are able to walk over some furni you shouldn't be able to.
Group badges display differently in the room to how you created them.
Sometimes there are two of the same friends displayed in the friends list.
~ All present in 0184.
