There's no Privilege's Emulator download, only Hebbo's CachingVB6 (which is completely different).

SO this is useless, and I agree with PEjump2

Sure there is no Downlad.. Privilege will not Release the Emulator. It has a License System like Phoenix :)

If an Emulator is coded in VB6 it can be stable if coded properly, nub.
