[BoostCMS Package] Updated News in Housekeeping with Image Selection

I know I just created a BoostCMS release thread but I want to show how to simply release your custom Package.

It's not only the Package (Not a new package, just updated Manage package), you also need to copy the web_story to your web-gallery for it to work.

Special thanks to WethreeKings for sending me a web_promo folder in PM, I couldn't find it anywhere.

I know a lot of people wanted this, so enjoy
If I create any more edits to packages or new packages I'll put them in my Official Release Thread
