Also, I forgot to post.
This is an easy fix, Most people should know this.
In Chatcommandhandler.cs
Open the command box, Which holds that part of the C#.
Do ctrl F and put in there: Info
Keep pressing find till you find the info scroll, Scroll like two clicks down and it should say Rank;20 Or something like that.
Delete that line, the and the Two }'s with it Dont delete the third.
Then delete the line starting with a slash and save, Info should be fixed.
I did this on my iPhone btw, I got off the comp four hrs ago. Like and rep if it helped.

Give your php-cgi.exe and php.exe Admin rights so it can write to files. (Right click, Properties, Advanced, Run as admin)

This emulator is bugged, I really disapprove this emulator as it's a fail.
