It is a CMS, Not exactly a top class one but its a cms.
I don't see much content management. It isn't a CMS.

you need get the client id (for register new client) from mus (connect to the emulator)

the emulator have user counter / items counter
and you need get the next id from emulator to prevent duplicated ids (pet have the same id of real user!!) >P
