Uhh, Debbo v3.5 ain't made for v19, it was made for v13 so it would kinda fuck up you'r client & server if you use Debbo v3.5 for v19.

I have started on a 1.5, I fixed some holes, switched DCRs and I am now upgrading badge system. Also adding a "ban/unban user" function in Housekeeping. Might be adding a small chat.. idk.
