You have to copy configuration and config folders to your bin folder. (Where emulator's jar is located)

I'm still getting this error when I have both folders in the bin folder.

Ye, but on 'pom.xml' (at least for me), he requires the folder on that directory, to start everything fine.

If you look in you config dirs, there is a modules.json file, I tried settin' up that but nothing has changed so...

Don't use this, people can delete items from players, crash rooms & crashing your emulator whenever they want. Use Plus Emulator instead.

you need to prove this, one of the biggest hotels that were around in 2017-2018 used comet, never crashed, crashed a room or got deleted items

U don't need it to use the emulator correctly.
Btw the folder is in your Comet-2019 dir.

If so, did you edit the comet.properties in the config folder?

Yeah comet.properties are correctly setup. I've tried like 10 different versions of this with the same error.
Could you post the image?

I am testing the emulator but presented the following error "Failed to initialise NetworkManager" Could anyone please tell me how to fix this.

First error: This means it has problems with the figuredata in the config folder.
Second error: Try to set the maximum connections in your my.ini to 10000.
