After you go there, click the URL Bar and press Ctrl + S and there would pop up an window who tells you where to save the file :)
If someone got the swfs for this emulator, please tell us, and an updated one with all the furnitures that follows with the database.

They haven't sold anything. They have like two hotels running legit copies and both go it for free to test... They'll never sell a copy because everyone knows that it's a rename and that it's never going to be worth $250.
