But I don't like to replace things.
It's not replacing anything... The method I used is adding onto the effects.
In the hh_human_fx I used 118 was non existing............... testing 119 as i type this.
119 works but I need to edit the images...

I'm willing to create that tutorial but really though? You, Especially You, should be able to figure this out, it is just like editing/"creating" customs, but use Trillix, FlashBuilder and your favorite image editing software. Just look at all the files and figure out how the other effects are done.

But when Habbo adds another effect then it is bye bye custom effect or you have to rip the effect from habbo and put it in your own effect file.

What version of flashbuilder I need?
Unless you can make custom ID's from :enable start from 1000?
What you mean? If Habbo makes new effects then you still have to update your swf files manually :/
