[Dev/Rel] DarkFlat Skin for RevCMS [WIP]

This is another skin made by me and I'm going to release it now BUT it's a WIP (work in progress) like almost all releases here and on other sites/forums.

Progress:
- Index 99% (Damn I'm a webdesigner/coder 100% finish is impossible!)
- Register 99% (Same as index, just 1 small other code thing to work.)
- Me 75% (With radio!)
- Logout 99% (I could also say 100% :'D)
- Client 99% (Should be working, I didn't tested it, but feels like 100%.)
