I won't be telling much about QuickTPL, I just made a style and Habbo functions.
What I'm releasing now is something I've worked on the past three days: MS Emulator. It's now a small base written in PHP without any really coded packet, but I'm going to start on coding the packets tomorrow. It has some sort of MultiThreading simulation class in it which will make the multiple socket system easier to run. The name therefore is: Multithread Simulation Emulator.
Most important: It has some sort of run-function stack with Static and OOP functions. You can also add a time for when to run it (added to the time at that moment). It is very easily coded but handy. I thought of this when reading about how multi threading works: Executing from every thread one line of (I thought binary or byte) code untill everything is done.
It doesn't have any really coded packet yet, but just like I said I'm going to code it tomorrow. I'm also going to continue QuickTPL but I think is is more interresting because Burak never finished his PHP Emulator or didn't release it.
Credits to Burak for the Base64 and VL64 Classes.

Please report any bugs found in the code (you can't test it yet but just take a look at it)
