I dont get it... I did everything and i still get a White blank page, on XAMPP and on my website, both does not work

there is more update stuff out there you can get and it works easier to ::P

I am dutch and Dutch and German is very similar in language, although, the only problem is that German people can't speak english that well, and dutch people can speak english very well, so, i can translate it, but if someone can do me a favor, I can't get it to work on XAMPP, i get a blank page, if someone can fix that, i will translate it to english for you here.

The CMS works fine with both XAMPP and IIS, IF you know how to fix a very simple error..

I have a question..

I've Xampp because my IIS 7 have errors.

My localhost site is white I don't know why i have added the .htaccess , all my settings are right.
