Why is it funny that I translated it without knowing German?
    It's easy.

Did you make the cms even work? Because i tried it on XAMPP and IIS. But they seem to have both the error code 500.

This isn't the help thread - so I'll keep my response brief. Have you verified that rewrite is working correctly on either webservers?

Jep, rewrite_module is on at XAMPP. But still seem to have a error 500.

Last post in regards to help on this thread - if my solution does not solve anything, find my Skype below or post on my profile. Delete any rewrite files present (HTACCESS for Apache and Web.config for IIS). Afterwards, be sure to restart your webserver.

EDIT: Just to clarify, it may well rely on the URL rewrites to function properly - but, more so for IIS users, I recommend adding the rewrite rules via the module, not directly in the Web.config file.

Yes, but you need to fix something.
I believe I posted a fix - many pages behind.

    (I used XAMPP btw)

    Database not working.
    It says
No data was received to import. Either no file name was submitted, or the file size exceeded the maximum size permitted by your PHP configuration. See FAQ 1.16.

The database is too big for uploading normally with PHPMyAdmin, use NaviCat.
