This has groups and homes, discussion forums and bots since its Javvox.

Every one use iis? :(

Everyone uses IIS, because IIS is simply the best it doesn't really have changes compared to Xampp, but only that you can hardly pull DdoS attacks on IIS websites and you can on Xampp, IIS is also very good to be managed like you can add things and you can remove things and that's obviously not able anymore on Xampp because then you would mess up the whole server.
