Xampp sucks you need to have a VPS so you or me can put IIS on it for you it's muc better :)
i aks about a xampp not about IIS -,- IIS sucks because i don't know how it works and the most things (cms) are made for xampp and i don't know to fix the htacces
IIS Sucks because you suck because you can't set it up and you just fail Using Xampp is a shit idea so i won't be bothered helping you out because i hate Xampp.

Everyone uses IIS, because IIS is simply the best it doesn't really have changes compared to Xampp, but only that you can hardly pull DdoS attacks on IIS websites and you can on Xampp, IIS is also very good to be managed like you can add things and you can remove things and that's obviously not able anymore on Xampp because then you would mess up the whole server.
