Hello Ragezone
This is my Fist Release As ive only just found out about habbo Retros And the Wonderfull world Of Retros and Devs!
A Few weeks Ago i started to Code a Cms For a Flatfile Habbo retro!
Please dont moan and Grown This is my First release (But i Used to code for other things)!

Project Phantom has An Install Page Witch it Will find most of your info such as your ip For you!

It comes with a Server Aswell only! It only works with that server

has anyone tested looks pretty good, by the way whats with everyone releasing old school debbo cms's now? shouldn't people have created them back when ppl only had debbo?

erm it works Ill set up a Test but as i dont have a good server (im on a netbook)But would someone please setup a test to show (cant creat acounts on site or change looks has to be done in Client But hoping to code soon maybe in the v2)

its missing the file " TABCTL3N.OCX" so serrver isnt running
