It may be beneficial to split up certain sections. For example, for the CMS pages you could have sub-categories for UberCMS, RevCMS, etc. That will make it even easier for users.

This is a very good idea! Re-upload it to websites that upload it to multiple sites so you have a bunch of mirror downloads.

Also maybe have some info about each one in a [*spoiler][*/sploiler] tag. Make sure you remove the * when you use it.

Not trying to be rude but that function really sucks, i've tried it and i had to use a while before i got the specific thread i was looking for.
I used to use google for this before instead of the search function but now its just to click this thread and get the links i want :-)

If you want search things, you can use Google. The best way to search is Google.com -> "site:forum.ragezone.com revcms vote system" or something else. :-)

Even if some of you guys think this thread is useless, if it helps even one user then it's done its job. This thread also will make it a lot easier to gather core resources (SWF, CMS, EMU) rather than just googling it. It will just take time to build up the library on the main post.
