When you patch the rc4, (after 7th feb), i think you still need the keys, because im using the 15th and looking at it, it uses the CRT. So tbh, im not really sure.

Depends on how you "patch" it.If you completely remove the rc4 then you dont need to. But if you remove the banner and use static rc4 keys. Then yes.. or if you remove the rsa part... Lol.
