He ment since Phoenix CF Housekeeping is not working,He created Housekeeping for Phoenix CF users in PHP Version.

I have just succesfull installed IIS 7.0 and everything is working except for the web.config.... If i don't have it and go to me.php it works fine but when i put it in i get a Internal Server Error. EVEN IF IT DOESNT HAVE ANYTHING IN IT!!!!
