Incoming headers are easy because they show up on the server. The outgoing ones are the ones that require more effort.
No James. No program. If I had a program I would be latest build that Habbo has. You have already told me you know how to do it manually. You are just lazy.
So all that time and effort I put I to doing headers.. I actually have a program to do it automatically!? Why did no one tell me sooner?!

If you update a list with a program, it's not worth anything, YOU didn't make the list unless you got proof you wrote the program.
The lists which are being made by people manually are worth alot, because it took time and effort (which your method didn't)

When the client connects to the server you receive the release and the initCryptoPacket. Send the bannerToken packet empty back. It skips the whole RC4 shit and you get the SSO sended back.
