Help! Have a bug in holocms :S

When you try to change clothes or motto you get this error: Duplicate entry '826-ACH_A' for key 'PRIMARY'
Very strange is that it does not happen with all users..
Why? :S

And when I try to create a group: Object not found!

make a backup of ur database, then drop all tables and reinstall then import the furni, rooms and furni back in..
