Help me please!

Hey, im new. sorry if i post in wrong section!
well i tried make a ubercms retro and i faild. it was links to diffrent things that came up on localhost. anyway. i deleted that database and created a diffrent one for a php retro. i folowed

and i done everything right. i tried it again because someone said i uploaded wrong thing soo i done everything right again and it came up with NO LINKS this time.
