[HOLOCMS]DialCms v2.0[NEW STYLE][FIX]

I don't think that renaming should be in this section because the people who edit claim mostly that they coded all new features to this CMS for example which is a lie because they either where there alreadymor they where placed in.

The second problem is that they take credits for things they've never made and so that's cheap and stupid and so this should not be allowed indeed.

Just look at this this is another cheap rename and the person even dared to take credits of things he didn't even made. I would be ashamed of myself.

Anyway it's a good start of learning for when you want to learn PHP CSS HTML so it's good but would be better if he coded some hot features himself
