iConvertor [Obfuscated convertor]

Description
iConvertor is na App made for the newest version of habbo his packets.
You have to use Privilege's packetlogger that shows numbers, but somethimes they are characters then you have to fill it in by iConvertor.
To know the number of the character to construct the whole bits-line for an indexer. For an Int16 (HeaderId mostly) his length = 2, Int32 his length = 4.
