Some stupid children on the forum, a PSD is where you can digitally edit it, and add effect.

Lol no times, if you have photoshop open it in that and you'll know what it is.
you can also use GIMP, it's free, but not as good.
Or you can crack Adobe Photoshop CS3. ;)
