Idk but it really is bad... It needs A LOT of work... everythings just wrong... Not sure where to start, for starters the girly ass blue with the dark green for background is a terrible touch + the background doesn't even look like Habbo, its not much pixelized or anything, looks like a beginners first attempt at a Layout.
