Ehh, it's a little bit better then the other one but, it's not coded right and it's to small. 6.7/10

Not too bad but the menu buttons (images) should be transparent, cause the white crap looks gay.
- The links need to be coded.
- The pictures have white background spaces.
- For the online and offline thing, I can give you a PHP code for that.
- Needs to be a bigger size.
- Adjust menu bars.
But overall it's cool.
