ehhh heres my thoughts.. at the top where it says home,news,ect. get rid of that and maybe put a marque there ? but it would look better without the top navigation.

Nice. But the navigation box isnt coded.. it just a Text Box.. and the Bar by the Banner... the text oin that is off center.. but its still a nice layout.. 8/10
