[Loader][REL] Habbo Loader v2

Instead of just a simple loader, you can now have a loader in the habbo template. It's pretty straight forward, it's for the people that don't want to continuously look at a black background. Also you can only edit the background, and where the hotel view image is in a HTML editor because .css is the devil.

BLUE: The loader itself, got it from Debbo v3.5. If you have a different loader it doesn't really matter, you can copy and paste it into their if you must.

RED: The red text is the stuff you have to edit in order for the loader to work.

GREEN: Text you can change to what ever you want.

Please comment on this and say if it works or not. I have tested it but it could maybe not work on another person's computer. Also I have not stolen this off another thread nor copied one. Sorry if someone has already made it.

That look the most ugly the ever. I would recommend your loader in a popup. And if you use your own dcrs and external information use a html protector.
