Yeah.

i got the same error as goopman

It just redirects me to /me.php

To fix the lang error all you have to do it download PhoenixPHP2.0.4.rar - phoenix-php - Phoenix PHP 2.0.4 - Phoenix PHP CMS - Google Project Hosting and add the 'lang' folder from it into the directory of the Mabbo edit. Simple,

I updated it, added lang ;)

Dunno why you can't access HK :P
