toolbar.new_additions.notification.enabled=true

This was set to false and its from todays release but I set it to true and I dont seem to notice anything diffrent any ideas to what it is?

Its probably the ''1/2/3'' etc icon that pops up next to your inventory after you get a new furniture/badge..?
