It doesnt matter what emu you are using. You have to add it into your swfs folder and link it inside external_variables

If you want to use it with phoenix , just create a hotelview with them...

If you are talking about the : " habbo logo " that appears when the client is loading , it's from your Habbo.swf , you should edit it with a flash decompiler ^^

Go to your swf folder , open gamedata than open variables (it depends how you named it) and search for line :

client.hotel_view.image=PUT HERE THE LINK OF THE VIEW

Iv'e adapted this view for R63 A (phoenix...) :
