You need to compile the project first, now it's plaintext Java sourcecode files (.java) which are not runnable by the JVM.

You need to compile them to .class files and fastest way to do that is to download Eclipse (eclipse.org).
Open up the project and then Project > Build.
It will make a /bin/ folder containing a compiled version of the /src/ folder.
Then you go into that /bin/ folder and run the win_mobilesdisco.bat (Windows) to run it.

Dude i got an idea which is good for people like me (more than 74%) you should make a video tutorial on setting up and make a finished complied version, if you do i can FINALLLY host my server on Kubuntu...
