I suggest that it's just a VPS/Dedicated server that they were probably each on at one point or another and I doubt that is their real addresses.

I reckon it's one of their IPs, and there is something that checks to see if the ip is that ip. Maybe the sole purpose ISITME was to check to see if that ip is the ip above (as it does do some sort of check when the command is executed.)94.156.59.61

Its an override, Aaron is lucky he wasn't an idiot and had no back up option if it was leaked, He can remotely render the command useless incase this situation ever happened, At least I think anyway.

It's kind of impossible to deobfuscate it unless you manually go through and rename all of the classes, methods and properties. This would take months.
