If I understand Phoenix 3.0.exe launches another Phoenix 3.0.exe who the real emulator and it must be retrieved for the decompiled? (the source I posted is not from me)

Yes there is a native loader that run the real code that is IL, that is obfuscate too. The code that you have posted seems not obfuscate or only a bit, but not compilable.
I prefer the classic way of direct cracking, without lose time in try recover dotnet source... it is even more satisfactory and pro :thumbup:

Because in our crack there isn't the loader anymore.
