Your also using the newest Xampp for some reason won't work with lot of CMS lately that is why i moved to Web-Host :)

however, as mentioned earlier, post any working source code, it would be kill the project. I suggest to delete the link, and never post pieces of code. Try crack it, instead decompile :)

well I've cracked it, I pose limit in myselft in publishing material ... a bit of honor in what we do, it not hurt.
