Therefore making Phoenix Illegal so there would be no point in suing for something that Is/Isnt his. Because both are illegal in a way. And things like that shit SHOULD be free. Habbo Hotel emulators are not Illegal, the're coded by people other than Habbo Hotel, the only thing that's Illegal is there SWFs (by using them) - Because it's there work.. Emulators are our work, witch isn't Illegal.
EDIT: Phoenix emulator isn't copyrighted, therefore can be cracked and no one can do anything. (they don't even have a License like the GNU)
