LOL, dude. For all you know Aaron could have just done maybe an hour of work on this CMS each day after he got home, a project like this is something which would not take priority of your life. Oh, and coders are not designers. Coders code designs. Designers design things for coders to code. Aaron is a good coder, maybe not a good designer? Who cares not everyone is perfect.

How the fuck can you be fat just because you have a hobby, a hobby is something you like doing - although I wouldn't expect you to know that big word for your age ;)

A CMS doesn't need alot of time, a CMS could be made within a day but it would be crappy code because the guy creating it hasn't spent enough time perfecting each little thing.

Seriously man, just stfu. Just because other people have made something that people can actually use and you think it's crap doesn't mean that you can go flaming at the creator saying it's crap. IT'S YOUR OPINION.
