I would still rather have a Phoenix Emu license because Aaron has released many versions of Phoenix Emu, Roy ditched uberEmu after he released it. Phoenix Emu actually has a future.

Sure you could buy it but Phoenix has been around and making releases since 2006 - that's 5 years of updates so far, Phoenix Emu is 100% stable and the most feature-rich Emulator currently available. Uber Pro might take months to develop. Just my 2 cents :)
