where it says 450 it is that order num, i did just put in a number. :S
replace 450 with 0 and where parent id is, put 94

Open a Inbound rule (from your firewall) And if you have do that disable your firewall for the people thats getting proxy errors.

for proxy detection try to verify this voice on your registry
on Current User
Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\
ProxyEnable must be set to 0
if dont't exist create it (like DWORD and set to 0), because this stupid code, check the proxy anyway... and if don't exist the voice it crash
...almost I'm to delete it from the code.
