It can't be called "Popular tags", it should be called "All tags".

Yes but if you look at ubercms's tags its way different from Phoenix database. So it wont work. Therefore i had to recode the full thing. And thanks for you're feedbacks.
clean up codes
I recoded it and made it a page of tags and tags count. And with random users. But i dont remember if i released it. No need to nobody likes what i code so it dont matter tbh. Lol
