Are you using IIS? Then it's a problem in you're iis, not my cms edit.

you got to go htttp://yourdomain.com/instill.php

And if you use Iss7 use url rewite and you have no problems more witch the .httacces ;)

make sure you're rank 7
use another working database :P
i forgot the install.php, will search for it
