PhoenixPHP & HomePremiumCMS client fix

Hi ragezone,
I have a client fix for PhoenixPHP and HomePremiumCMS.
I haven't a client for PhoenixCF or RevCMS, dis clients will i release later!
Back to the release:
This is a release for noobs and not noobs!
I have hosted the web-build so it will never NOT-work.
HomePremiumCMS is a CMS that some months ago is released
The fix is that you NEVER need to web-build update it!
And its compactible with IIS if your CMS that is!, this is alone the client.

Just drop it in your htdocs or wwwroot!

Screens not needed you now how the client looks like as it is not white

This is a pathetic release, because it isn't telling anyone how to actually fix there problem. What did you exactly edit to get the client working? (I know what you done, but some people might would like to know..)

And is HomePremiumCMS some UberCMS edit? :mellow:
