PHPRetro configured to work with UberEMU. The CMS is in spanish and include a DB.

Requirements
- PC with Internet acess.
- Windows OS
- 500 MB of RAM as minimum - 1.5 GB a recommendation.
- .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1.
- Database with PHPMyadmin.
- UberEMU

In fact there is no need to translate... Guys, get your self the english version and use the en.php... Thats it, if there's any other actual new message, you guys just have to search for it in the spanish one and add it... anyone could do this... will post repack right here with en lang
