What I meant was not everything has been translated (not a biggy) and sorry I realized I had the wrong version of Xampp, my apologies.

Put on top of global.php:
error_reporting(E_ALL);
(It's a temporary fix, you have to get knowledge of php to fix such things)

Add this in your core;
error_reporting(0);
ini_set('display_errors', 0);
