You need change decimal character on your regional config, here give u steps to change it.

Now for your problem on catalogue, must change furnidata, IDs mismatch between your catalogue and furnidata

Not yet..For example, when I accomplish a mission and that I get a badge , I click Wear badge nothing changes, the badge is not added ..

Its also fixed the stack tiles? (on original version they dont save the stack data so when you move the stacktile it back to 0 floor level). If is fixed, can you post the fix here? Thank you alot.
