You can try it on each phoenix CMS

Setup
1. Import all in your htdocs.
2. Go to banner.php and seach this:

@$fp = @fsockopen("127.0.0.1", 300, $i,$l,1); 

And change that ip to yours
3. And open client.php and seach: connection.info.port and change the port to: 300
4. Open external_variables.txt change the IP to yours!
5. Import habbo_imaging in to your htdocs (Change nothing)
6. Import your Emulator (BcStorm) and fill in: bin/debug/settings/configuration.ini.
7. Start your emulator And you're done!

Information:
You need: MySQL 6.5.4

This is fantastic. I prefer Uber, though. Groups need to be fixed in the emulator anyhow.

I thinks for xampp 1.7.3 or lower.
